Additional Campaign Terms

Participation is subject to these Campaign Terms, the Nika Terms of Service, applicable product and referral terms, account eligibility, product availability, jurisdictional restrictions, compliance requirements, and applicable law.

Only successfully executed eligible trades completed during the Campaign Period count toward trading-volume requirements. Deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cancelled or unexecuted orders, failed or reverted transactions, and other non-trading activity do not count.

Nika's records will determine trading volume, Qualification Scores, qualification timestamps, referral relationships, and Campaign eligibility. Nika may reconcile or correct Campaign records where necessary due to delayed data, technical issues, third-party provider records, or other errors. Any progress or qualification information displayed in the Platform may be subject to final verification.

Nika may exclude trades, referrals, accounts, or other activity that it reasonably determines to be fraudulent, manipulative, artificial, abusive, non-genuine, or intended to exploit or circumvent the Campaign. This includes wash trading, manufactured volume, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, multiple accounts controlled by the same person, falsified information, or attempts to manipulate Campaign qualification or eligibility.

Campaign benefits are intended for genuine individual users and are generally limited to one eligible Nika account per person.

Nika may require identity, account ownership, KYC, compliance, tax, or other verification before issuing or activating a Campaign benefit. Failure to complete required verification may result in delayed distribution or ineligibility.

Lifetime Trading Fee Waivers apply only to eligible fees charged directly by Nika. Enhanced referral commissions apply only to eligible Nika fees actually received by Nika. Third-party charges, network fees, protocol fees, funding payments, refunds, promotional credits, and amounts not retained by Nika are excluded unless expressly stated otherwise.

Campaign benefits are personal to the recipient and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned unless Nika expressly permits otherwise. Recipients are responsible for any applicable taxes or reporting obligations.

Nika may suspend or revoke a Campaign benefit in connection with fraud, abuse, violation of applicable terms, account suspension or termination, legal or regulatory requirements, or discontinuation of the applicable product, service, or referral program.

Nika reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign where reasonably necessary due to fraud or abuse, technical or security issues, material errors, legal or regulatory requirements, circumstances outside Nika's reasonable control, or other circumstances that materially affect the fair, secure, lawful, or intended operation of the Campaign.

The Campaign and particular Nika products may not be available in every jurisdiction or to every user. Participants must be eligible to access the applicable product for activity involving that product to qualify.

Trading digital assets, perpetuals, leveraged products, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk and may result in partial or total loss of capital. Campaign benefits do not reduce or eliminate trading risk.

Nothing in this Campaign or related promotional materials constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.

This Campaign is subject to these Campaign Terms, the Nika Terms of Service, Nika Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to the relevant product or referral program. If these Campaign Terms conflict with the Nika Terms of Service solely with respect to this Campaign, these Campaign Terms control to the extent of that conflict.
